Zava is operated by Health Bridge Limited (company number 07392646), registered office and main trading address 46 Essex Road, London, N1 8LN. Health Bridge Limited is regulated by the Care Quality Commission for its clinical service (CQC provider registration 1-201500907) and dispenses through its own in-house pharmacies. Zava's regulation page names two separate GPhC-registered dispensing pharmacy premises, both operated by Health Bridge Limited: 46 Essex Road, London N1 8LN, GPhC registration 9011147; and 3a Deans Road, Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5NA, GPhC registration 9012701. Both numbers were checked directly against the GPhC's public register and return a "Registered" status with matching names and addresses. The Superintendent Pharmacist for Health Bridge Limited is Alex Howson, GPhC registration 2086645. Zava's own prescribing doctors are separately registered with the General Medical Council. Note for cross-reference: this is the same Health Bridge/Zava dispensing operation that underpins Asda Online Doctor's Mounjaro service, which uses the Milton Keynes premises (GPhC 9012701) for deliveries outside DPD-serviceable regions.
Price and what's included
Zava's own Mounjaro product page lists the 2.5mg starting dose (one month's supply) at £169.99, with free next-day delivery included in that price and no subscription required. The full dose ladder crawled directly from the site: 5mg £187.99, 7.5mg £249.99, 10mg £279.99, 12.5mg £299.99, 15mg £309.99 (all per month). Zava also offers multi-month "starter bundles" combining doses across a titration schedule — a 2-month 2.5mg+5mg bundle at £332.99 (saving £25) and a 3-month 2.5mg+5mg+7.5mg bundle at £557.98 (saving £50). A promotional £40-off code (START40) for new patients was displayed at time of crawling.
Prescribing and delivery
New and existing patients complete an online assessment; a Zava clinician reviews it and, if approved, medication is dispensed by one of the two ZAVA pharmacies named above and delivered. Zava advertises free home delivery as standard, with a Click & Collect option also available, and states delivery is next-day. Packaging is described as discreet.
