Regulatory status
Simply Meds Online is the trading name of Online Express Medicines Ltd (Companies House no. 09834329), registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under premises number 9010764, at Unit K2, Beckingham Business Park, Beckingham Street, Tolleshunt Major, Maldon, Essex CM9 8LZ. This was confirmed directly on the GPhC public register on 18 Sept 2026, where the pharmacy is listed as "Registered" — but, unlike most other pharmacies reviewed on this site, the register currently flags it as subject to notices or conditions. GPhC's separate pharmacy-inspections record shows an overall "Standards met" outcome at its most recent published inspection (30 November 2021), but notes that "enforcement action has been taken against this pharmacy, which remains in force at the time of this inspection, and there are restrictions on the provision of some services" — the pharmacy was still permitted to provide services not covered by those restrictions. We could not determine from public sources exactly which services the restrictions cover or whether they remain unchanged since 2021; readers relying on this pharmacy should check its current GPhC register entry and inspection history themselves.
Simply Meds Online's own site is also inconsistent about who its current Superintendent Pharmacist is: its "About Us" page names Kuljeet Kaur Sohal (GPhC 2083873), while its separate "Legal Information" page names Zahra Aliasgar Shamshudin (GPhC 2080212). Both individuals were independently confirmed as registered, practising Independent Prescribers on the GPhC register on 18 Sept 2026, but we cannot say from the site alone which one currently holds the Superintendent role. The site separately names Parvinder Singh Sagoo (GPhC 2080055) as its main in-house prescriber and director, also confirmed as a registered Independent Prescriber.
Price and what's included
Simply Meds Online's own Mounjaro Kwikpen product page prices the 2.5mg starter pen (weeks 1–4) at £179.99, rising through 5mg £189.99, 7.5mg £249.99, 10mg £279.99, 12.5mg £299.99, to 15mg £319.99. Each pen contains four fixed weekly doses (0.6mL per injection) and the starter pack includes a sharps bin and 100 pen needles plus swabs — so the £179.99 figure covers roughly one month's supply at the starter dose, not a single injection. A separate blog page on the same site quotes a slightly different illustrative figure of "approximately £174" for the 2.5mg pen, which it flags as an example price rather than a live one; the £179.99 figure from the live product page is what we have used.
Prescribing and delivery
Simply Meds Online states you do not need an existing prescription to order: you select the treatment, complete an online consultation, and its in-house Pharmacist Independent Prescriber assesses whether your answers meet the clinical criteria before the order is dispensed. The site separately offers an "I have a Private Prescription" route on the same product page for people who already hold one. The homepage advertises "free UK delivery on all prescription orders" and "same day dispatch," but we did not find a stated transit-time figure (e.g. next-day) specific to cold-chain items like Mounjaro on the pages crawled; prospective buyers should confirm exact delivery timing at checkout.
