Regulatory status
Pharmica Ltd is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under premises registration number 9012030 — Pharmica's own "About" page states this directly, and it was independently confirmed on the official GPhC register, which lists "Pharmica Ltd," 236 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB, as "Registered." Pharmica's Mounjaro product page names Ana Carolina Goncalves as Superintendent Pharmacist, GPhC number 2088658; a second named reviewer, Rehma Gill, holds GPhC number 2225869. Unlike some prescribing-only platforms, Pharmica dispenses under its own GPhC number rather than a separate third-party pharmacy.
Price and what's included
Pharmica's own product page lists Mounjaro's 2.5mg starter pen (weeks 1–4) at £159.99, with the price increasing at each subsequent dose step in line with the recommended 4-week dose-escalation schedule (2.5mg → 5mg → 7.5mg → 10mg → 12.5mg → 15mg). Each pen contains four weekly doses, covering one month of treatment. The order includes an online eligibility questionnaire, GPhC-registered prescriber review, and ongoing clinical monitoring and advice for the duration of treatment; Pharmica separately notes that Mounjaro's UK list price rose across the board from 1 September 2025, which has fed through to its own prices.
Prescribing and delivery
To order, patients complete a short online medical questionnaire; Pharmica's GPhC-registered prescribers review the answers and, if the treatment is judged suitable, dispatch the order in discreet, unbranded packaging. Delivery is via Royal Mail, with a choice of First Class, Tracked24 and Next-Day services; orders placed before the 4pm weekday (11am Saturday) cut-off are dispatched the same day. London-based patients can also choose a same-day courier service, priced by distance and starting at £4.95 — Pharmica's site does not publish a single flat price for its standard Royal Mail options. Orders can be tracked once a tracking number is issued in the dispatch email.
