Regulatory status
Morrisons Clinic (clinic.morrisons.com) is a co-branded service: "Morrisons Clinic together with Phlo Digital Pharmacy." The site's own footer names the operator as Phlo Technologies Ltd and lists a named individual, Dennis Ouko (MRPharmS), GPhC registration number 2205052, as the responsible pharmacist — this is a personal pharmacist registration, not a premises number, so it does not appear on the GPhC's pharmacy-premises register search (confirmed directly). The dispensing premises is Phlo-Digital Pharmacy, Unit 1 Fifth Street, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1JX, which is separately registered with the GPhC under premises registration number 9011171, owner "PHLO Technologies Ltd," status "Registered" — this was confirmed directly against the official GPhC pharmacy register. Note: a price-comparison site had listed Morrisons Clinic's GPhC number as "1036360." We checked this number directly on the GPhC register and found it belongs to an entirely different, unrelated pharmacy — a physical in-store "Morrisons Pharmacy" branch in Taunton, Somerset, owned by WM Morrison Supermarkets Limited — not to the Morrisons Clinic online weight-loss service. That figure is incorrect for this service and is not used here.
Price and what's included
Morrisons Clinic's own Mounjaro page lists tiered monthly pricing by dose. As of 21 Sept 2026, the 2.5mg pricing table shows an introductory-offer format: "£169 £139*" for the first order, with the asterisk explaining subsequent 2.5mg orders revert to £169/month. Other doses were not re-checked on this visit; as last recorded, 5mg was £199, 7.5mg £249, 10mg £279, 12.5mg £299 and 15mg £319. Each price is per KwikPen pack (a 4-week supply, taken once weekly) and the site states this includes the medication, at-home delivery, and ongoing clinical oversight from the Morrisons Clinic team, with no stated separate delivery fee.
Prescribing and delivery
New patients complete an online eligibility questionnaire (stated to take about 3 minutes), which is reviewed individually by a prescribing pharmacist before any medication is approved and dispensed. Patients transferring from another GLP-1 provider onto a dose above the starting dose must supply evidence of a recent prescription (issued within 4 weeks) or will be started at the lowest strength. Once approved, orders are dispatched using the free Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Re-ordering happens monthly through a shorter follow-up consultation, either via an email prompt or by logging into the patient's Morrisons Clinic account.
