LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor is an online prescribing service dispensing Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) after an online clinical consultation, with home-delivery dispensing carried out by Pharmacy2U Limited.
⚠ Registration number could not be fully cross-verified. LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor's own site states GPhC registration number 9011437 and explains that prescriptions for home delivery are dispensed and dispatched by Pharmacy2U Limited (Lumina, Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8GB) — dispensing was transferred to Pharmacy2U in October 2023. A separately GPhC-registered entity named "Lloydspharmacy.com" (registration 9011003, a Warrington warehouse address) also appears in GPhC's records and does not match this number. This may simply reflect the ownership transition rather than an error, but it was not conclusively resolved from the sources available to us — please verify directly on the GPhC register before relying on it.
